there's a granny ring in there
its just not visible from the shot i need it for the long climbs no chairlifts here hehehe actually used to run a single chainring only and had a ghainguide but since my operation, i have to take it easy for awhile so i put in the granny and the FD |

it was pretty obvious my right arm was lower that my left when i stood in front of a mirror i could see that it wasnt level and iy hurt like hell when i raised my arm |

well its not a dislocated shoulder
its the collar bone so they need to operate to stich up the ligaments then put a screw to hold it all in place |
